What does 'Box of Calm' contain?
* A lavender and wheat eye pillow OR an eye mask from my shop. The eye pillows can be heated or cooled and then placed over the eyes to soothe and relax. Please choose your pattern from the designs sold separately on my shop (please note the eye pillow shown in the photo may not be in stock) and add the description into the personalisation box - otherwise your eye pillow or eye mask will be randomly selected.
* A 'Calm' small ceramic magnet heart to put on your fridge as a daily reminder.

* A set of 6 organic Yogi teas - Ayurvedic Blends to soothe mind and body
* A 10ml Restore Aromatic Roller Oil. With Bergamot, Mandarin and Mint.
How to Use: Roll the roller ball onto the pulse points (inside the wrists, behind the ears, sides of neck) when you are feeling stressed to calm and relax. Feel free to reapply every 3-5 hours, or whenever you feel the need for a re-balance.
* Nurture Bath Salts with Lavender, Sweet Orange and Neroli - treat yourself to a lovely soak in a warming bath and breathe in the beautiful scents!
